At Water eStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hydration solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused water filtration systems or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
